My name is variably known as Khup, George. My name is George Goukhankhup Tonsing. I was born in the state of Manipur in the North-eastern corner of India and did all my education there with a short stint in Delhi University (Hans Raj College-- Ramjas college guys, eat your heart out!! haha). I now work with IBM in Bangalore, India, the silicon valley of India and the Garden city.
I have lived my life for more than 30 years alone. I know there were times and people with whom I thought I was very close and happy and thought those days and times would never end. However, they did indeed end and days and times of happiness were punctuated by times of melancholy and sadness.
However on the 20th October, 2007, I married Hoihvung at the Church of Christ Chapel in New Lamka, Churachandpur, Manipur. We have since moved to Bangalore and are busy setting up our home here. This is just an introduction to my life after I got married.
